I feel Sifar has their musical precedence in these Pakistani rock bands in terms of the rendition of lyrics, their subject matter and to a large extent the emotion. Have you heard anger or frustration in Kailasa’s or Rabbi’s songs? In terms of sound Sifar is more international and I have read that their influences span classic rock punk, grunge and industrial rock. not much to say ..just wanted to give Respect to the artist,Music skills... so I thought to buy it...and their's no regret that i buy'd it.My first contact with their music was through a magazine and it's amazing to know that they got the 'Best indie pop genre award' in whole south Asia ! I guess that's enough for u to buy it.

This already has two well detailed review so I will keep it short! Sifar's debut album is, by far, the best rock music ever made in Hindi. This is the best ever. If you speak Hindi and love rock music, this album is an absolute MUST HAVE!

When for the first time I heard their Demo songs, I was Floored ! The Songs; they had an energy; to connect instantly with your Souls. Amit Yadav's Voice just makes the band; eternal ! Kala Aasmaan - Undoubtedly the Best. Mita Do - Second only to Kala Aasmaan. The Whole Album - Worth Every penny. And if you are a pure Music lover - Why are you still reading ! Come on; BUY IT ! This is an amazing album from an up and coming Alternative Band. They have been nominated for a lot of awards this year (and in my humble opinion, rightly so). My favorites from this album are Mita Do, Kala Aasman, Gunah, Raasta, Main Jaaonga, Roko Na Mujhe.

Its not just another Hindi Band chasing trying to be popular.They are much more than this. If your ears are looking for a music that has substance,feel,sound and thrill...buy it!
Every track has a story to express which is been crafted very well and blends with the music.

Well, I cant say for sure that you will like the album, but i can say that this album will be liked by most "rockers" and many "popers"as well. Its not too hard or too soft and the special thing about this album is its use of electronica is very unobstrusive.

i've been listening to their album ''1'' since december 2011 and it has been on repeat from then on. Sifar comes out with an altogther refreshing approach towards Hindi rock incomparable to any other band so far from India may have tried till date. The lyrics are beautiful,subtle and catchy. tracks like kala aasman , mai jaunga, mita do are a must listen. buy this album for sure!!
