we have got rather used to the concept of getting to see recycled southern films, glossed & glammed up by Sri Venkatesh films, and usually accompanied by hit usic composed by Jeet Ganguly. This movie treads that well-worn path, using a 'plot' where a decade-long unemployed software professional finds the love of his life on the road, follows the girl to her workplace and next day becomes an employee in the same office, with valuable moral contribution of the girl. Then he resolves certain official crisis, romance blossoms, the duo goes abroad, romance thickens, in the meanwhile his father expires (inevitably), and then comes the final and rather pathetic melodrama. Overall, this 19-reel movie could have told using half the length. Ravi Kinagi is the best director in Bengal right now who knows how to present an action-movie, and he should concentrate on doing exactly that.
This movie is worth buying and watching as it is not too bad, comedy elements are present. It's the first half of " 100% Love" that's clearly more engaging than the second half. The love-hate relationship between the father and son, their nok-jhonk, taana-baana, will not let that smile fade from your face.‘100% Love’ features solid, if not remarkable, performances from all of its cast members. The musical score of ‘100% Love’ is nothing to write home about, either. The tunes, composed by Samidh Mukherjee, are catchy at best and do not stay with the audience once the movie is over with exceptions. On the whole, ‘100% Love’ relies too heavily on its lead pair, who, admittedly, delivers strong, sincere performances.
