I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

its a red-book format - the tracks in a cd.it shows track 1 track 2 and so...what you got to do is :
1. rip it in itunes or
1. download and install winamp
2. h open the playlist and drag "ANY" songs in your computer.
3. right click and "send to.auto-tag"
4. it will analyze and tag all your files from your computer automatically!! (it accesses the data from gracenote (copyright).

Good collection!
Really good songs from 2011. All the ones one hears on TV and radio. Has the beats from the year. Needless they were all presented at the Grammy's. The song by Niki Minaj is good, Adele is great, Lady Antebellum, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, all the hits from the year. The album is really inexpensive, it is great to have as the final cd-rom from the year. One can listen to it again and again.
