Excellent!

This book will be useful for any manager looking to make optimum use of his time and getting things done from reporting personnel.

Unlike other books which gives generic advice, this book delves a bit deeper and gives us a rough framework on how we can go about getting things done. Also, helps us in analyzing our existing methods to identify mistakes.

It is better than Execution book by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan which gives a birds eye view/ organizational perspective.
