8 Steps to Innovation (English, Paperback, Krishnan Rishikesha T.)
In this book on innovation, the writers showcase how an idea can be deliberate and planned, or better yet, from Jugaad to Excellence.
Summary of the Book
Ideas, the writers believe, aren't necessarily ad hoc. They do not need to happen instantaneously, and certainly in an environment that encourages innovation and promotes alternative methods to solving problems, ideas will be only consequential. With examples closer to home, the book discusses using ideas developed in-house with an eye for constraints and promoting more ideas through implementation.
