About Author :
Kamla Sinha, a librarian by profession, recieved her undergraduate and the post-graduate degree in social science and got the library and information science professinal course degrees of B.L.I.S and M.L.I.S with first class from Canada. She ahs gained 20years of service in the field of librarianship. Besides library management, she has also been engaged in teaching since 1992. Her academic involvement had made her a research guide supervising the work of many scholars who have registered under her PhD programme.
