Errors in Principles of Neurology Recently I have been reviewing several basic Neurology texts to get a better handle on which books to recommend to students and residents. I have already noted some errors in this text. I will point out 2:
P. 63 fig. 4-3 the colors of excitatory and inhibitory effects have been reversed.
P. 90 Table 6-1 the frequency listed for orthostatic tremor (4-8) is wrong and not in agreement with what is indicated in the written text.
It would be helpful if there was site set up to list possible errors that would then be reviewed. For novice students nothing is worse than being given incorrect information from an"authoritative" source.
