About Author :
Dr. Pradeep K. Saxena is a well known scholar in the discipline of public administration. He has written extensively on the various aspects of governance in India and abroad. His advocacy for drastic civil service reforms in the light of globalisation and privatzation in developing countries specially in India has attracted the attention of scholars, practitioners and academicians. His open criticism of administrative system in the developing countries in many national and international seminars/ conferences was widely considered both in India and abroad. Dr. Saxena was rewarded by several awards, membership of several national and international associations, editorial boards, fellowships and citations. Presently, Dr. Saxena is Assitant Professor of Public Administration in the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur-India.
