Very poor
I got the duplicate one, I think this piece is printed by the local press. However, this book is very comprehensive for UGC NET (Political Science) and UPSC aspirants, but the irony is that this book is now out of print, it was confirmed by the publisher, but they said that, it will available soon.

1) This book is a must for Public administration student
2) for UPSC , NET every aspirant
