Rosaline Melki was born in Roanoke, Virginia, an only child and predominantly raised by her father. Reading and writing were two of her first interests. Since she started school, she has been writing and has never stopped. Growing up with a shy nature, reading and writing was the creativity that exposed her to the world and continues to do so.
