Product delivered is good with out any scratch or break. Massager condition is good and works as expected with out any issue till date(1 month). The main is the massaging pads used with these kind of small foot massagers are a type of foam(i don't know the exact name sorry ), those massaging effects are way more inferior than the air bags used masssagers. If you r looking for comfort and cost is not a problem go for massagers having airbags instead of pads.

This massager is wonderful. This is my 2nd machine of the same brand. The first one I bought almost 3 years ago and it's going strong. Good relief for feet if you stand long hours or have a foot problem and need a massage.
My mother's for pain is relieved and she can walk comfortably now. My brother has to stand long hours as a dj and he uses it daily.
Just 1 session in auto mode works best for a long time.
