Playing it since last 9 years!

Well I am playing this since last 9 years and I must say, I am not at all bored of it. AI is good but playing in LAN is somewhat altogether a different experience with adrenaline rushing on each and every minute of gameplay. It's really one of the best games till date. I have played other strategy games such as Civilization, Command & Conquer, AOE III and Stronghold but the AOE II ( Conquerors Expansion) beats them all hands down. I have heard that a new mod named "Forgotten Empires" is on it...

My sweetest Memories

I've enjoyed this game the most than any ever.Its a perfect balance of simple and complex.I just love that tune when the game starts.Oh ten long years after i heard this tune made my heart beat the tune itself.I was afraid whether its compatabile with windows 8.1,but it works perfectly,although the max resolution is 1024x768.You need to buy hd version for better graphics.Anyhow i bought it for gameplay and im sure enjoying it.

My favourite game

This is my all time favourite game (Conqueror's expansion). Not just any other run off the mill game.
A little complex but thats what makes the game interesting. Learning is easy as training is provided in campaigns.

But the real fun in playing the multiplayer version.
Playing against human players is much more stimulating than playing against computers. There is always a new strategy to play against and the opponent always get better with more plays.

Age of Empires 2 (AoE2) has lived the test of time. Despite the graphically brilliant AoE3, the popularity of AoE2 has not faded. This has something to do with the overall gameplay, not-so-bad graphics and the strategy of the game.

One of the best strategy games

I have played this game more than any other game. I could play this for hours, sometimes days together. It is highly addictive.

This one is a collector's edition, so I had to get this, my most favorite of all time.

One of the Best Real Time Stategy Games out there

I used to play only the demos many years back but now that it is available on Flipkart, I bought it immediately. This game will never get old and I hope it will always be a way to get it to work on future versions of Windows.
The gameplay is great and the AI is quite challenging. Multiplayer is the best of all. The campaigns are very interesting and are based on real historical facts such as Joan of Arc and Ghengis Khan. Who says learning history is boring?

Strategy, Informative and Endearing game

Loved this game growing up.. still love it! Works good.

Once you set up a good defense, you can sit and play this game for hours! Is nostalgic and informative. The researching and advancing to the next age, playing via LAN, and discussing the post play or 'while-playing' analysis is just some of the things at make me keep coming back for more!
