I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. Thanks to FK delivering this product to my doorstep.......
The product that I received far more beautiful that shown in this picture, rubber padded bottom and inside where the pen resting, the product I got drum type shape not bucket type looks that shown in the picture here......kind of looks like similar to this product,but more elegant looks
