this problem happens because in ur area the signal of 3g may be weak or flactuate more......the solution for ur problem is to make its network mode mannual......because the modem is trying to get maximum signal strength for better speed...
I had gifted this to my brother who is having a Macpro. However we realized later after the purchase that this doesnt work on Mac OS. Its better to contact the customer support before buying to check the compatibility with your laptop before purchasing one.
It works on Mac too...
