I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Value for money product
Pros
This product is great for the price. As mentioned in the spec. It can support upto 7.2Mbps of speed. I also got super speed using airtel. In Edge mode also it supports decent speed but not video streaming. Sim slot is good and I often change the sims.
Cons
The software provided is not so good, it sometimes doesnot detects the sim profile. The dongle is getting heated after using for some 20 mins. Also no voice support
Final Verdict: Must buy for this price.

Good quality product.
I am using in area where signal strength is poor but still I am getting good connectivity. I am happy with the performance.
Pros:
1. Any GSM/3G sim can be used.
2. Good build quality.
3. MicroSD card slot (can be used as USB storage with MicroSD card)
4. Good software which is also stored in Data card memory, so need to carry CD for installation for windows systems.
Cons:
1. A lot of research is required for using it on linux systems as they detect it as USB mass storage device rather than USB modem.

the data card was not good .the design was very bad.to keep the sim in slot it was hard to open data card .the more heating with the useage of 10 mins.the connet ing cable some time will not work .the speed of data card was good

sexy look, robust design
No USSD support.
No call support.
Suports sms, usage statistics over a period.
Network support is fine.(getting signal strength of 2 out of 5 from 4KM away of base station)
In flipkart it's price is a little bit higher.

Good looking as well as performance
I have been using this device from 6 month.it is working pretty good.But it is not having a call receive and making call is not possible for this option for this feature u can buy in MicroMax data card.
