I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

mediocre product
A mobile WiFi data card is an ingenious gadget.. convenient to stay connected to net on any device..Provided you are equipped with a robust device!
Alcatel Y280 suits the WiFi needs of my iPad, iPod touch and laptop when im on the move..i've tried Airtel, BSNL and Idea prepaid 3G SIMs, all work fine. I havent experienced any major issues with the functionality. wish the battery life was enhanced.
From a Telecommunication Engineer's perspective, Alcatel has compromised on the quality. Its not worth 4k. feels like a cheap china toy.
Huawei seems like a better alternative.
But is still recommend this over Micromax!

Worst product I have seen so far
This product is the worst and total waste of money.. I purchased it last year but it could not serve for more than 1 month. The settings is very bad you wil not know when it is ON .. the buttons will sometime work & most of the times won't work at all.. Product is very costly as per its feature... I had seen that product is manufactured on Apr 2011 & imported from China.. while I purchased it on 2012.. So you are puchasing a very old product ..outdated product..
I would say go for any low cost Android phone & use tethering instead of using this product or buy any other device..
Brought it 8 months back
Now it is not working. No response pressing any buttons. Tried resetting and everything.
Useless product. Do not buy this product. Waste of money.
It is totally dead. Too bad for an international company. I dont know whether warranty is there.
