Synopsis and Features

Aliens: Colonial Marines is designed to be a true sequel to James Cameron's film and takes place after the events of the third film. The story follows Corporal Christopher Winter, who is part of a search and rescue team sent to investigate the U.S.S. Sulaco. Their mission is to find Ellen Ripley, Corporal Dwayne Hicks and the rest of the missing marines who were dispatched to the LV-426. The game environment is build around the U.S.S. Sulaco, the derelict spacecraft from Alien and the LV-426. Fight the horrific Xenomorphs using advanced tools and weapons that are featured in the movies. Use weapons like the flame thrower, grenades and pulse rifle to blast your way through the swarm that stands between you and the success of your mission.

The surroundings and visuals have been inspired by the film and stays true to James Cameron's vision. The environment is designed to create a feeling of impending doom at every turn. The soundtrack to the game is also designed to enhance the game mood. The darkness of the environment coupled with eerie noises is enough to get your heart racing.
