The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Read the items very clearly before placing the order. They don't exchange for wrong order. Nothing wrong on their behalf. But, personally I feel this facility shall be there for online booking, as you are not physically checking the item.
In this competitive market for on-line shopping, as a customer we should get this advantage. I had ordered for an item by seeing the header title of the item and didn't go to check the specification. Finally, the product is not matching as I wanted and they refused to exchange saying we had delivered the product you ordered so it's your fault. Again nothing wrong on their behalf but not customer friendly reply, isn't it??

good
its actually better than most others as it has all the ports and ares for usb, earphones, etc. it really DOESN'T add extra bulk and the stand is amazing. but i am really not happy with the screen guard as it has AMIGO written on it... i took out the guard and replaced it with another one. overall 4 out of 5.

GREAT BUY
this psp crystal cover case is really a necessary component for the protecton of our psp. it has slots and empty space to acess our memory cards, UMD's and also USB ports and other connections and including the charger input. it also has a screen flap to protect our screen as well as including protection for our psp.

A GOOD REVIEW
I had one psps cover which was better this ones also good except i replaced its screen having "AMIGO" with the old one cause its quite disturbing during game exceot that i think you can go for it... Flikart service was great i got in a day

good...and bad
first of all, it is good to have smthin like this 2 protect the psp. but it is not practical bec. it ghas amigo written on it which restricts your gameplay.............so it has to be used buy
