I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

For Portable use
The memory card is fine... works well, confirms to standards. About the reader - I expected a little more from it, tiny little contraption, supports all microSD/SDHC cards. you have to be careful while inserting & removing the card. Very handy compared to other bulky readers. Nice product for portable use...
