Good product, but a few gotchas..
Recently purchased this product from Flipkart. As always, Flipkart was accurate in product description & prompt in delivery.
After using the product for 2 weeks, the following are my comments. On the positive side, the retractable chord makes sure that wires don't get all tangled up inside your car. The nifty little button to retract the cable is a very nice touch. The charging speed is good & it charges almost as fast as the OEM charger (I use a Samsung Galaxy Nexus).
On the flip side, this charger is not really a 'smart' device. When your phone is fully charged or even disconnected, the LED continues to glow indicating that the charger is ON. This is where the OEM Car Charger from Samsung scores, as switches itself off in case the phone is charged or disconnected. Also, this is priced more than twice as compared to the OEM car charger, which is another negative in my opinion. Now that Amzer has an Indian operation (including a web site), why this premium pricing?
The retractable wire sometimes (though only rarely) gets stuck. If that happen, locate the small screw on the charger(opposite side of the LED)& loosen it a bit before pulling out the cable gently. If you tug on the stuck cable, it might break, rendering the charger totally useless.

This one charged up my grey matter too. as to How could i fall for one with a. retractable cable when i can buy one with a detachable data cable which would serve multi purpose for the same price.
An after thought - These days its much easier to change your girl friend then Flipkart products.
