Amzer 83816 Universal Swiveling Air Vent Mount

The product is ok. But if you have a swivel type air-condition deck in your car, this is not suitable at all.

The product itself will work fine on a stationary air-duct vent, like the ones in big cars (or old ones) but with the cars like santro or swift, this will wear and tear quite fast and any bump will displace it. Secondly, the clips lose their strength and now, I just cannot use it any more.

Please be careful while buying this.

Final verdict: For stationary air conditioner vents, this is a good product, other wise stay clear. You should note though, other than the clips losing strength, the entire make of the product is sturdy and good.

I wish to give it three and a half stars.

I was not too keep to get holders that stick permanently or have suction holder. Former would leave terrible marks when removed. Latter would probably fall off on bumpy roads, or after usage.

This holder I bought has long pins that easily fit my car's AC vents. It is easily adjustable to face any direction and doesn't budge from there.

It easily adjusts to my phone's width and holds it comfortably without risking any damage.

I tried to remove it after installing it on my Alto LXI and the clip broke. The pincer clips are very flimsy. They are not made of good quality.

So if you plan to remove it you should be very very careful. But the other parts that hold the phone are good. I would not buy this item again.
