I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Super Gloosy
I know it says Gloss Skin Case on the cover but DAMN, never thought it could be "this" glossy. I bought it for the sole purpose of showing off my Galaxy Y in BATMAN black. Just loved the look and the way it feels. It is really comfortable both in hand and in the pockets of pants and jeans. It is both smooth while sliding in and grip-py when it lays there without shaking around too much. I received the product in 2 days(exact, yeah i counted the hours)
Overall, an awesome piece of TPU case for your Galaxy Y.
And as always, Flipkart's packaging rocks.

Not good in terms of Rintone volume!
Thanks to flipkart for delivering this product on time and with awesome packing.
The product is good in terms of fitting, grip, color etc. But one major drawback I noted is, with the case on, if we keep the mobile on any flat surface, the ringtone volume heard is very feeble for the sound box cutting found in the case, in firm touch with the surface blocks the volume.
And I don't see this drawback being mentioned in any of the reviews. Is this happening only to me?

Not the best !!
I bought this case a week back...was happy about the deliver being on time.
The case has very precise cuts for the phone which is really good.But i expected a really good case in terms of looks too. The case does not satisfy with the quality of the product and the price is on a bit of high for this kind of quality !!
But this case should really help people who are not able to find a case in the commercial market and really want a case to keep the product safe....

Worth buying :D
I bought this case for my new Samsung Galaxy Y and it fits perfectly :) love it! Its soft, yet very sturdy..even though this does not cover screen and I cannot guarantee the cover to protect your screen. You would need a screen guard for it..anyway if you're thinking of buying it, Go for it! :D Its worth it.
