I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Feather Light Yet Super Powerful !
I was amazed by the weight of the main unit of this trimmer.
It's featherlight. At first I thought, I am almost cheated coz
I didn't expect such a light weight and sleek trimmer to work like
super fast and powerful.
On I put it to charge. There I used it on my beard and
boy..It worked. It worked like amazing to say the least.
Can't still believe such a power-packed professional grade
grooming kit comes light weight.
If budget is not a constraint and if quality and performance is your priority.
Andis SlimLiner BTF2 should be THE product of your choice.
VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED based on my experience of buying and wasting monies on poor quality trimmers, clippers, groomers and all of those which claim the sky but don't work the ground.
