I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Limited use, but great product !
Was not aware that such a product exists.
I had only used the conventional straightener with a clamp and hot plates.
Found Andis selling such a wonderful product innovation.
Saw it on a global beauty site first, then looked for it in India.
Found it on Flipkart as expected.
It works like a normal hair brush, but with heat on it.
Can be used to straighten hair, maintain straightened hair, and just get unruly
hair set and in-control.
Good for people who do not want to dry and fry their hair between the heat
and press of the conventional straightners. Overall a good innovation.
It cannot be used for a huge amount of straightening though.
Good maintenance product for women on the move.

Good Innovative Timesaver
Pros:
If you want to maintain straight hair this product is for you.
You will love the effect of real gold plating on your hair.
Works smooth and easy just like combing your hair with a brush/comb.
Easy to use. no hassles and pains of sectioning hair and frying them between
hot plates of the straightener.
Highly recommended for working women.
Cons:
Be careful as the heated section is exposed and if you are careless it will come in touch with your skin and cause burns etc.
Overall 5 stars for Andis for this wonderful timesaver innovation.

Great Convenience and Greatest TimeSaver
When you have somewhat straight hair and want to maintain them straight and great, this product if for you. You don't need to roast your hair in conventional straightners by pressing them in between hot plates.
This product works like a comb.
Heat it, Comb it. And you are done.
Keep it away from your scalp and skin.
It might cause burns.
Great innovation Andis. Working women will love you for this.
