The cutting mechanism of the Andis MA1 PowerMaster is so designed that the blade doesn't come in direct contact with your skin, leaving you without the hassles of nicks and bumps. A taper control lever, which adjusts the blades to various textures and lengths, is located on the side of the clipper allowing for a simple change with the flick of a thumb. For complete styling flexibility, the PowerMaster comes with nine attachment combs ranging in size from 1/16" to 1" which allows you to choose the right length of hair for different parts of your face and body.

Indeed a Good trimmer
Pros:
1) The motor is powerful and the trimming speed is good
Cons
1. The Plug in socket looks to be cheap kinda plug.
2) There is no proper user manual describing the attachment uses
3) Well its not good for those who are looking for precision trimming...not that close shaver...Its a trimmer
4) Its not manufacutred by US Andis as per the package ...

Must buy!.. Not for close beard trimming though.
Cons: Heavy. Heats up after 3-4 mins (guess a minor set back for the kinda power you get, should bother you so much). Needs blade oiling. If you are looking primarily for a close beard trimmer, then this is'nt for you. This is more of a clipper for grooming.

It's Heavy, powerful, fast and for real MAN only
A. It's very powerful and fast, finish beard JOB in 4-6 min.
B. It's heavy, needs strong arm to hold on, real trimmer.
C. Requires least maintenance.
D. Can be used from head-to-toe :)
CONS:
A. Don't confuse it with SHAVER, it's a pure trimmer and can't be used on 2-3 days of beard.
B. Blade oil is very less, should provide bigger bottle.
C. ANDIS should provide a bag case at this price, it's difficult to pack the whole set while you are traveling.
