The best PSU at this price range. Aesthetically, not so great but performance-wise, supposed to be way better than the Corsair VS550 which seems to be a very popular PSU here. One thing nagging me before I purchased this PSU was that it was not Haswell compatible. (Though I would have no use for Intel's advance sleep states at the moment.) But I was in for a nice little surprise when the model turned out to be actually VP550P V2; version 2 happens to be Haswell compatible.Chandan Reddy

*EDIT* The noise seems to have gone away after about a month. Hence boosting the score up.
