He has a Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan and is a visiting fellow at the London Business School. Dr. Mishra has taught at the University of Bradford, and was a Visiting Professor at the Matson Des Sciences De Hommes, Paris and Faculty of Economics. University of Ljubljana. He is a member of the UN Task Force on International Standards of Excellence in Public Administration and Education. He is Vice President, International Association of Schools and Institute its of Administration, Brussels. lie mem special invitee on the OECD Working Group on Privatization ion and Corporate Governance of SOEs and Asian Network of Corporate Governance and is on the Advisory Panel of Corporate Governance constituted by the Govt. of India. His areas of interest include corporate governance, international management, international finance, public-private partnership, restructuring and environmental administration.
