Well, first of all congratulations for such a brave attempt like Sita’s Curse. To be honest, I had some sort of bizarre experience reading your book… at times I embraced it, at times I felt, to some extent, a little down-heart with it for certain reasons… meera’s courage to brave her way out in a new world- I mean, hats off to her. Amazing !
What a beautiful piece of work it is ! I am not a voracious reader but when I read about this book in a daily newspaper I really got interested ! The way Shreemoye Piu Kundu and has presented a middle class house wife , her need of respect , love , care and sexual desire is commendable !

Quite an effort !
I don't know if any decent erotica is out there in Indian market. And that, makes this effort of Sreemoyi, quite a brave one. Writing a full-on novel that is centered on sexuality, that too, women's sexuality. That is something worth mention.

Sita's Curse-much more than erotica
Was it the sensuality or the feminity? Was it the quest for love or lust that bound me to the book? I don't know for sure. But yeah,for me, the book was much more than few pages of paper bound by a beautiful cover.

Mixed feelings!
I picked up this books with an open mind after being intrigued about the buzz around this book. It turned out to be a bold, refreshing take on the hackneyed 'housewife seeks pleasure outside marriage' premise. However, a few areas left me unsatisfied.

amazing book...
All the real life incidences are their which normally a woman face day to day... no man ever digest the truth that a women do have her fantasy world which want to experience with her husband but they react & treat like same the way writer mentioned as women have to right on her own sex life. Its different !
I happened to read a review of this book through some popular blogs. Loved the all new treatment and concept of this book. Erotica being the novelty of the book, it also has a soul an amazing story line and an extremely lyrical language.
