Ordered ipad air 2 64gb, instead they sent me ipad mini 4 16gb. I asked for replacement, again they sent me ipad mini 4 16gb. Now they asked me to approve for refund, which I did. Refund process took 12 days to complete.

After receiving this product I was surprised to find that it was a demo model, the ones which are kept at the showrooms. It took me some time (2-3 hours)to figure that out. Most of the apps were not responding, they used to just flash and disappear again. There was many promotional photos, videos, contact and notes inside this product. I could not create my account also in it. The resetting is also not possible. After googling I came to know that its a demo model. After contacting the flipkar...
