My first thanks to all my previous reviewers who guided me to choose right brand and oil.
I have been facing migraine, severe head ache from last 5 years.I used all allopathy,homeopathy medicines but the result is temporary.
I am inhaling it with water vapourizer putting 6 to 8 drops into water. Inhale it for 5 to 10 minutes and use blancket to cover your head.
Similarly you can use the peppermint oil as said above. I am using both for my migraine.
