Kishan S. Rana spent his career in Indian Foreign Serivce (IFS). He is also Professor Emeritus, Foreign Serivce Institute, New Delhi; Archieves by-Fellow, Churchill College, Cambridge; Public Policy Scholar, Woodrow Wilson Center, Washington DC. He has authored several other books.
