HD 7870 and Ram

Will I be able to install my ASapphire HD 7870 and Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC DRAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)?
I also have an Intel i5 3570k CPU @3.40 GHz Ivy Bridge
Please advise.
