Solid board. Works Flawlessly
Have been using this board from couple of months and the experience has been pretty solid!! Purchased this board when it was around 9K along with Intel Core i5 4670K cpu. And now the price of this board is around 12.5K.. lucky me :P

A must have motherboard
i decided to review the product after 2 months of using so that others can also make a good decision.
this motherboard packs a punch in terms of features as compared to its price. you will not get so many features in this price range. overclocking is very easy. overall performance is very good. runs slightly hot though. front audio output is best so far to my experience.

ASROCK Z87M Extreme 4 - Value for money and decent performer
I bought this on Flipkart and built a new PC with ICORE-5 4670 K. CPU cooled by CooleMaster EVO 212 . Along with 8GB Corsair RAM, 1 TB Seagate SATA drive , Cool Master 450 W PSU and an old ATI Radeon HD 4670 card. Installed Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit edition. Great motherboard
Just upgraded my system with this motherboard, paired with a Core i5-4430 and a Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3. System is performing quite well. The fastboot feature really works, if you have Windows 8 installed.
