Brilliant brilliant read. Probably the first graphic novel that made me feel that literature needn't always be only words. A story that is so well laid out. Differences and extremes so carefully balanced. Its the kind of book that might help you understand different things over different reads. Probably among the best books I own currently.
David Mazzucchelli is known to have spent a large time (almost 10 years) on writing and illustrating this book and none of us can argue that it's gone to waste. At it's core this is a 'coming-of-age' story of 50-odd architecture professor. The way this is illustrated is absolutely stunning.
