If you're looking to save some money on the motherboard and choose a better GPU, then this is the ideal choice- it doesn't skip any of the essentials, and also because cheaper 970-chipset mobos don't support 125W processors like the FX8350.

The only disappointment would be that there's no front panel USB 3.0 header, which means the ports on your cabinet are useless.

Decent spacing between the RAM slots I'd say, although if you're planning to fill all the 4 slots up you might wanna go with...
