Z77 Best Value Board
@Tareesh My Friend z68 is a last generation chipset where as this one is a z77 board the latest chipset that supports upcomming 22nm processor aka IVY Bridge CPU and also the Sandy Bridge line up.
Key difference in Z68/Z77 is that for that 800rs extra u will get
1)Lucid MVP (better than last generatin lucid)
This basically helps reduce tearing when the fps goes way higher than ur monitors refresh rare, also no no matter where u pluch ur disply to ur mob or ur Graphics card u dont have to keep changing ur port if u want to take advantage of on board graphics of a sandy/ivy brifldge processor
2)Native USB 3.0 and faster!
3)Newer and upgraded Asus Technologys
4)Intel Lan and usb Bios flashing!!
5)Updated Sound Chip
6)None of that B2/B3 step up mess like last gen.
7)Wifi chip onboard with DLNA support
man for 800Bucks extra dont u think its worth the features.
More over if ur a new gen buyer i can happly tell u to buy this

Solid Mobo, Very happy with it.
Features is allready available in description....so lets get throw to my opinion -
i using this mobo for overclocking with intel i7 3770k ivy bridge processor,i o.c. it by using asus overclocking software to 4.0 to 4.2 ghz with no issue.i use Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler cpu fan for cpu cooling and my cpu idle temp is arround 50 to 55 Celcius just bcoz of mobo's fan expert feature and it is really awesome guyz.i m not oc more but my system windows rating is 7.8 with all my gear....
and 1 more thing if you got fan error on startup after you using Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler along with this mobo so do the 1 thing,go to bios setting change the BIOS setting for the CPU fan alert "minimum threshold" from 600 RPM's to 500 RPM's, which is not dangerous because 500 is just peachy at the temps I'm getting, and no more fan error. I am sure it is because of the fan, not because of the board.
so at last it is a great mobo....

Just Amazing! Solid performance
A motherboard full of features, and the inclusion of Wi-Fi, makes the price worth paying for this Asus board.
An easier and excellent out of the box experience.
The board hold up in a hot environment and Good board for overclocking.
The ASUS software comes with the mobo makes it worth for the money we spent.
Note: It surely does not disappoint you.
