I bought this laptop in Sept 2014. Have been using it for almost 2 years. Did not have any problem. Gaming is like heaven on this. Loved the keyboard buttons. May be I feel like the sound output might have reduced a little, but its good. Anyways I have external speakers.
The only problem that still persists and I did not even bother to resolve (since the time I bought this laptop) is the volume up/ down/ mute buttons on the keyboard.

i am satisfied with the performance of the laptop it have as mentioned on page
4 generation i7 clock speed 1.8 ghz turbo boost upto 3 ghz(checked)
8 gb ram
1 tb hardisk
nvidia gt 820(2 gb)
battery backup about 4 hour it good as far i7 concern
one of the best thing it really does not heat to much it very good in it
processing speed and multitasking ability is also good
