I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Nice capture card .. ..
The product is quite impressive .. HDMI in + split cable for input .. I tried this with max resolution and got 50-60 fps.... on average we gets 25-30 fps while capturing from other device ..
Video editing tools are also quite impressive . Files can be opened in Illustrator 5, while is good, we do not need to render file and saves time..
I would say over all this card is at quite good price and good feature
