    Hard Boiled Reacher

Well, it's simply unfair to review a Jack Reacher book. I mean, what will you say? That it's great and stuff. Now THAT would be stupid. If you don't know what I mean, then GO PICK UP the first Jack Reacher "Killing Floor" NOW and don't look back.

"Bad Luck And Trouble" is the 11th in the series and it's just as strong as any of the last 10 books. You just can't keep this book down. There is nothing, as usual, that is beyond the realms of pure brainwork and deduction powers. And of course th...

    Wonderful

The book reiterates why Lee Child is the foremost exponent of the thriller genre next to Michael Crichton and David Baldacci

    Terrific action and thrills

I liked the fact that in this book, Jack Reacher is no longer solo. He’s with a bunch of his friends. He hasn’t met them in many years and this creates an interesting dynamic within the group, kinda like an old-school reunion, with all of them looking back at old times, and comparing where they are in life as compared to their friends.

The mystery is good too, but not great. It was pretty easy to guess the twists and turns in the book. There was one twist I didn’t get though. The main questi...

    Another Jack Reacher triumph

I have loved all the Lee Child books I have read to-date and this one was no exception. Jack Reacher is a an exceptionally well-crafted character, with just the correct mix of machismo and vulnerability coupled with a romantic vagabond lifestyle to tug at the thickest of heart strings. Imagine a tall, dark, strong and silent, mysterious stranger swooping in to kill all the bad guys and then disappearing into the sunset. I also admire his quirk of being a mathematical aficionado, I suppose bec...

    Reacher at it again!

It is a different series all together. This one deals with a former group Reacher was in. One by one each guy is murdered and Reacher and rest of his pals are hunting the culprits. As before, Child rocks again with this one too.
