Book: Bad Luck And Trouble
You DO NOT MESS with the Special Investigators! The events of 9/11 changed Jack Reacher’s drifter life in a practical way. In addition to his folding toothbrush, he now needs to carry photo ID to get around. Yet he is still as close to untraceable as a human being in America can get. So when a member of his old Army unit manages to get a message to him, he knows it has to be deadly serious. The Special Investigators always watched each other’s backs. Now Reacher must put the old unit back together. Someone has killed one of them, and he can’t let that go.About Author: Lee Child is British but moved with his family from Cumbria to the United States to start a new career as an American thriller writer. He now divides his time between New York and France. His first novel, Killing Floor, won the Anthony Award, and his second, Die Trying, won W H Smith's Thumping Good Read Award. All his thrillers feature Jack Reacher, the former US military cop and maverick drifter, and all have been bestsellers. You do not mess with Reacher, in Lee Child’s irresistible new No.1 bestseller.

Review by Chetan
"BAD LUCK AND TROUBLE" is a Jack Reacher novel which is written by Lee Child. Jack is an ex -USA army officer. He is a drifter. He is untraceble He carries nothing no ID proof nothing just a toothbrush with him and moves across the USA.He is a very strong guy.He weighs 250 pounds and stands 6.4 ft tall. One day he finds that one of his past colleagues is trying to contact him(you will have to read the book to find out how). And eventually they meet and also able gather the other members of their army team. The reason for the get together is that one of thier team-mates is being killed by an unknown person for unknown reasons. But the cause of his death is pretty evident , because his body gets found in the middle of the desert and there is no evidence of any struggle and no ex-army cop would go down without giving a tough fight but their friend is dead without fighting because he is being thrown alive from a helicopter with his hands tied behind his back and legs tied together , with most of the bones in his body broken . And the only way he could have reached in the middle of the desert is by air.So they find out how he was killed and now they are in search of a person who did it...5 to 6 ex-cops hungry for revenge but without any knowledge of the trouble-causer nor any evidence...But very determined to find out about the culprit...

I loved Bad Luck And trouble and i am sure even you will like it , provided you like action with a lot of suspence.
