the product is excellent but not the customer care email, i wrote to them but they never never bothered to reply to this date and the service they provide they send such kind of people who don't have answers when questioned with certain problems.
when i turned the otg to bake it worked fine, when i switched it to other settings like toast, grill, warm and whatever it had can't remember the earth leak circuit breaker(elcb) went on tripping, i opened the unit my self(otg) disconnected the earthing on the otc and the elcb never tripped connected a tester to the oven in these modes and the tester would light up so there was a leak somewhere, this would not happen in the bake mode, when the service center guy came and i explained the whole procedure he turned round and informed me that the elcb was faulty, so i said thank you and take your service charges and go. there is nothing wrong to the elcb as 20 liters gysers and 2 ton ac work perfectly fine with the same elcb, so you be the judge, and still not reply from the customer care email.
