Portable & safe to carry.
I've bought this item few days back. It's very useful to carry along & at the same time safer too, as it has a retractable and lockable blade. Now I can open packages(open parcels is a bit hard.) very easily. Pack of 4 cutters for Rs. 61 is very resonable and is lowest price compared to the quality and the design of the product.
