I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I have no idea about the stone...i just browsed n checked the reviews of the customers...i bought this from flipkart n got it in 2 days.the stone looks hard n rough...but it s not like that...it cleans nicely n our skin looks refreshed after bath...apply a body lotion/moisturizer after using this.i use loofah with body wash...i have started using this stone now...i like it.i will recommend this to everyone...it s worth buying n price s also reasonable...i guess it will come for many years.i will give 5 stars to the cute stone n service of flipkart.
keep it up filpkart n maintain this.hats off.

perfect to scrub off every day pollution!
i've heard about pumice stones before but never attempted to get one.i was under the impression that it's not for sensitive skin and it might leave rashes.but i'm suprised to see that its not true and cleans the dirt completely.if your skin is exposed to the traffic and dirt,you can literally see the black scrap coming off your skin.it exfoliates the skin well and perfect for daily use as its not too harsh.
p.s-do not forget to put on body lotion!

not rough as it looks, very good at its job
It works superbly, removes all dead skin and leaves skin clean. we will have very fresh feeling after scrubbing with it. ITS NOT ROUGH HAS IT LOOKS.... when you wet it and use little soap it does its job perfectly. Make sure to moisturizer after using this. Make sure to have this one , its a real stone removes all dirt from skin, these days we need this stone to remove dirt due to heavy pollution.

Pumice stone- Fantastic exfoliator
Very very happy with the pumice stone... is definitely bigger than what is shown on the website. It is a good exfoliator which removes dead skin from ankles and elbows. My feet are soft again.(Tip: Feet must be soaked in warm water for 15 minutes before exfoliation). Thank you flipkart for the fast delivery and not to forget the excellent packaging :) :) Thumbs Up to flipkart service :):)
