About The Author
T.S. Rajan With a basic degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore Prof. T.S. Rajan obtained his M.Sc. (Engg) and later Ph.D. in Heat and Mass Transfer from the University of Madras.He specialisd in Machine Tool Design going to erstwhile USSR. He is a NRDC awardee foran innovative rural transport system. He has a dozen technical papers to his credit - both at national and international level.
