About Author :
Dr. S. Kumar (Doctoral Student) is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College of Engineering, Vadamaandal, near Kanchipuram. He has a teaching experience of more than five years. He obtained his B. E. (Civil Engineering) degree in 1995 from S.R.M. Engineering College, and his M.E. (Irrigation Water Management) degree in 1998 from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. He is presently persuing his Ph.D. (Remote Sensing and GIS) under Dr. K.
