I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Better the game, Best the flipkart
Just received the game. Game was packed neat and clean. Delivery was done as promised. The game is flawless. These are my review

Story: 8/10
The only thing is to download a 2.5gb patch by only which u can play it online. For slow connection users, there is a torrent version that you can download. Must buy at this price :)

Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Awesome)
I am like an opportunist I wait for the price to really come. When it was launched it was close to Rs.2500, but today Flipkart is giving it for Rs.699. It is for these moments that I wait. I have place an order for this awesome game.
- Short campaign which is exiting and focused
- Beautiful exotic locations
- Multiplayer is a real stand out
- Huge maps and excellent sound design
- Game truly looks like a Battlefield
- Lastly you will feel proud to own this Game.

flipkart is the BEST
i ordered this game as it was the cheapest available FPS. flipkart service is the best in india at present delivered in just 3 days and also the post sales service of the flipkart is the best in the country where most of the e commerece sites just leave the customers to die with the problems. i forsee flipkart becoming a trusted brand like newegg of the US..

the mp is great
i recieved my order within 2 days in beautiful paxkage . after opening i installedthe game and jumped directly into multiplayer . but there was no server found... then i installed the patch of 2 gb ( had to weight for 5 hours) and after that blaaaa . what to say mp is god
