I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Compact, and beautiful landphone.
1> I ordered this phone and it came in just 5 days , my friends told me that it was impossible, then i showed it to them.
2> It was packed very good, can withstand even hard accidents.
3> The landphone had options like - redial, flash, mute, and also an option for wether keeping it in pulse mode or in tone mode.
4> There is also an option for more or less sound, for ringtone.
5> It also has a red light when a call comes.
6> The sound (when set to maximum) is huge, i could even hear it easily from a different floor!
7> The landphone is worth buying, gives very clear voice in a call from both sides.
8> Amazingly easy to install, just plug the telephone cable on the back side , and that's it.

Good Landline phone!
While browsing on flipkart, my mom said, our landline phone is not working. So i hit the search string for landline phone. This phone had basic features which my old phone had so i ordered it. As usual, flipkart was bang on time for delivery.
It has no caller id facility, nevertheless, the price is also less. Beetel had good reputation from its earlier days so this brand is good.
So if you are looking for a landline without caller id, this is the one to look for!
reliable and very simple to operate
any person can use this land line instrument without any tentativeness. very user friendly, the buttons are widely spaced and good push response.
The ringtone volume at maximum level is of great help to elderly, with hearing ailments. The in ear piece voice quality is immaculate, one will never miss a word, even in a noisy environment.
The only problem the phone is light, which decreases its stability, when handling in a difficult position

Not a good one
I just bought it on Oct 7-12 and it is already not working. I stay in Mangalore and the service center here in Mangalore is being discontinued it seems.
Got it in a good package from Flipkart.
Should Enquire whether there is any other service center here in Mangalore.

The set is dialing random numbers automatically when we connect it to the line

Simple and value for money
I would say..it does its work fairly good.Its not fancy and dont expect all those features of a costly phones.Look is great.Easy to handle..keys are ok and have basic features.I have bought 6 of them for our office(pura office ko badal dala...LOL) all from flipcart and everybody liked it.
