I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Simple basic corded landline phone
Meets the expectations from a handset of this price. I wanted a basic instrument for the intercom at my home. Didn't want any features other than receiving & making calls; and didn't want to pay too much. Wanted the unit to be of a brand I know.
This instrument fulfilled all the criteria.
Some observations:
on Buying:
1. Flipkart didn't offer a colour choice. The picture on the site shows a white unit, whereas the unit received is beige.
on Delivery:
2. Delivery is fast. Received the delivery on the 3rd day. (On a side note, I ordered the same phone on Indiatimes shopping last month, which never got delivered even after 3 weeks. I got a refund and 10 emails stating that the order is cancelled)
3. Packaging is perfect, as has been with all my Flipkart purchases.
on Product:
4. The beetel logo label (a thin metal strip) on the receiver was already peeling off when I opened the box. Beetel needs to use a better adhesive
5. Sound quality is clear, and both parties did not face any issues hearing and understanding each other.
