I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Best Caller ID Phone to choose
If you not planning to invest on landline phones and also keep a track on who's calling. Then, this is the best phone you can choose. Voice clarity is very clear and it stores upto 35 incoming calls and 5 outgoing calls. I bought this phone because my old one used to play some annoying sound when mobile phones were around. Thank god, I don't have to face same issue with this one. Beetel build quality is good. Worth every penny paid for it. And I don't want to forget to mention this, flipkart delivery is awesome. Thanks flipkart.

NICE LAND LINE PHONE
Using this phone for 1week now.so far no problem.The phone does its job very well.The caller id function also works good.Ring is loud enough,.
But in my phone in the battery compartment the spring that made contact with the negative terminal of the battery is missing.So i cannot use any battery to light up the screen.
but the screen itself is very good and works(displays)every thing without any battery inserted.So i didnot call Filpkart for replacement.As it does the job well.
so this phone is best at this price range.

Perfect as a basic phone
Perfect buy for the price.
Pros: Digital display with caller id, date, incoming & outgoing calls list. Though there is a battery compartment, it works well without battery. Voice is clear.
Cons: The receiver slot is not so well designed. The receiver tends to move from its slot.
There is no backlight for the screen and also there is no provision to connect a DC adaptor.
Overall the phone is very good and serves the purpose of a basic Caller ID phone without backlight without battery.

good basic phone
This is a good basic phone. This is ideal for anyone who is looking for a no frills phone, with caller ID. It has good voice clarity.
Using it for 2 weeks, no complains so far.
The only small shortcoming is that the display does not light up. However, that is not a big deal, as long as there is some light in the room, you can see the display clearly.
