I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Okay Phone for a decent price
Just an okay phone.
Pros:
1. Good reception until 5 meters
2. Okay battery life
Cons:
1. This phone stacks loosely on base stand so you will always feel that it's going to fall.
2. Phone becomes unusable when you have power supply disruption as Base stand does not have external battery supply feature.
3. Display is not that great. Numbers are displayed closely.

Please Don't Buy this
I made a mistake & wasted my money by buying this phone & now i really regret.
I m facing complaints right from 2nd week of buying this product & had visited service center 3 times within 3 month of using this. Even the looks of the phone is very bad & the actual product is much different & bad looking then what u see in the pic.
Any time go for some reputed international brand, you will not have to regret because i feel & realize now that beetel is not having any quality control over its products & are just catching some Chinese manufacturer & you cant trust any Chinese manufacturers quality
Even then if u wana buy beetel...then ALL THE BEST to u, may be one add unit can work for some months.

One of the best products I have!
Beetel is known for its quality. It has proved the same in this product too. Its elegant look decorates the office table. The coverage area is good enough for any office or home use. The audio is quit good. The speaker phone also is nice. The rechargeable NiMH battery (2 AAA cells) which comes along with the unit gives sufficient backing. Also the battery, if wasted, may be replaced with the new one (easily available in many electronic shops). The cons: It does not show the battery level in multiple steps. (only single step available). The display is not a dot matrix type. But it is alphanumeric and shows names. Wonderful value for money product!

+ Never faced any issues.
+ Good battery backup
+ AS far as cordless functionality alone considered, it is very good.
- It is just the user interface that is difficult to get used to.
